1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak holiday periods, processing may be delayed by an additional 2–3 business days; we will notify customers via email if this occurs.
2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Time
We currently ship only within the United States and do not deliver to PO boxes, military addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after processing.
- Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order details.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact our support team for instructions.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact customer service immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
6. Shipment Tracking & Delays
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track the status of your shipment via our website.
In the event of delivery delays exceeding 10 business days caused by logistics issues such as carrier delays or stock shortages, please contact customer support for a full refund or free reshipment.
7. Shipping Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure accuracy of all shipping details at checkout.
